This product rarely absorbs water, it doesn’t need to be season for the first time. When using it for the first time, please gently wash it with neutral detergent. Do not heat without water. Do not use for stir-fry or deep-fry cooking. Ensure to heat with stability on the gas stove. Remove the lid when using in an oven as rapid rise in temperature may cause breakage. The handle will be hot when heated. Use mittens to hold. Do not place directly on the table while it is hot as discoloration may occur. Use a pot mat. Hold the pot with both hands when carrying as the ceramic pot is heavy. Do not touch with a wet cloth or put in a wet place while it is hot as rapid cooling may cause breakage. Do not put too much water. It might cause boiling over and injuries. Do not heat rapidly at high temperatures, and ensure thorough stirring while heating.
Remove the lid when using in an oven as rapid rise in temperature may cause breakage. Immediately wash and dry well after use, and keep dry when not in use. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Do not use hard metal objects to remove burnt residues. If the pot becomes burnt, boil water in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and simmer in low heat for 2-3 minutes, let it cool down and rub with a melamine sponge. Product shape and capacity vary in each item due to the nature of the manufacturing process. The colors of the body and the lid are slightly different due to the difference in the materials.
